These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the software and services provided by My Solusi, including our flagship product, Sampul.ink.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account and utilizing our digital infrastructure, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Use of Services and User Content
Our platform allows you to create, host, and publish digital pages, portfolios, wedding invitations, and sandboxed AI code scripts. You retain ownership of all content you publish.
- You agree not to publish content that is illegal, abusive, malicious, or infringes on the intellectual property of others.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring any HTML/JS code you host on our servers does not execute malicious actions against our infrastructure or your visitors.
- We reserve the right to suspend or disable subdomains that violate these terms without prior notice.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Access to our premium features requires an active subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed annually (e.g., RM 49.90/year).
- Payments are processed securely via our local payment partner, Billplz. My Solusi does not store your credit card or banking information.
- If your subscription expires, your published pages will remain live, but editing functionality and new page creation will be locked until the subscription is renewed.
4. Limitation of Liability
My Solusi provides its services "as is." While we engineer for maximum uptime and speed, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We shall not be held liable for any data loss, loss of revenue, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
