- User Content: Text, images, media, and code you upload to our servers to publish your pages.
2. Payment Information
All financial transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Billplz. My Solusi does not view, collect, or store your credit card, online banking credentials, or specific financial data on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provision your user account, custom subdomains, and host your digital pages.
- To send transactional emails (such as payment receipts and account recovery links).
- To monitor infrastructure performance and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is securely stored within our self-hosted infrastructure using embedded SQLite databases via PocketBase. We implement strict access controls and regular automated backups to prevent unauthorized access and data loss.
