At My Solusi, we strive to ensure our software products deliver high value and perform exactly as described. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a subscription purchase.
1. General Subscription Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate provision of server resources, subdomains, and software access upon payment, all subscription sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Free Trial & Evaluation
We do not offer any 30-day Free Trial tier for Sampul.ink. or any of our products
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent auto-renewal. Upon cancellation, you will not receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining time in your billing cycle, but your account and published pages will remain active until the end of your current paid period.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the event of an accidental duplicate charge or a confirmed technical error on our billing end (via Billplz). If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
